Carpal Tunnel Pain
Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a serious, painful nerve injury that affects many people in the United States.
CTS occurs when the median nerve, which runs down a person’s forearm to his or her hand, gets compressed in a region of the eight bones of the wrist called the carpal tunnel.
This injury is frequently caused over time by repetitive motion such as assembly line work. Symptoms of CTS include pain and numbness of the hand and wrist.
While there are a variety of treatment options available to carpal tunnel syndrome sufferers up to and including surgery, chiropractic care has become a popular and effective option.
Our Doctors use chiropractic adjustments to provide effective pain relief to patients in O’Fallon, IL and near Scott Air Force Base, Shiloh, Belleville, Lebanon, Fairview Heights, Collinsville and all other Metro East St. Louis communities.
